Coop Tees

Coop Tees were inspired by an essay about the Park Slope Food Coop that appeared in The New York Times in which the author seemed to be wearing an internal Scarlet Letter of shame when she was "on alert" or "suspended". I decided to make a series of shirts and products that let Coop members and others wear their status on the outside. 75% of the proceeds from this endeavor (out of the $5 an item I've added to spreadshirts costs) will be given to a Brooklyn hunger-relief charity.
